Your Guarantee

All components of your Building (excluding Up & Over Doors) are Guaranteed against any failure due to manufacturing fault for 10 years from date of installation subject to our maintenance schedule being adhered to.

Berry Up & Over doors offer 2 years guarantee and Hormann Up & Over doors offer 10 years guarantee.

Maintenance Schedule

All moving parts of doors should be oiled and cleaned at time of installation and thereafter on a regular basis.

Woodwork should be treated within 3 months of installation and thereafter on an annual basis with a quality exterior stain or paint and filler as required.

A sand and cement fillet should be applied to the inside only of the building within 3 months of installation.
